About Us
simba cabs is an innovative cab company based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, specializing in tourist transport and sight seeing packages. The company strives to provide the best possible experience to its customers at the cheapest prices. We provide chauffeur driven cabs to all major destinations and special request spots. We primarily operate in the state of Kerala and the adjoining states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. However other states can be included on request.
Cabs are available in different categories to suit your specific needs. Our fleet includes Indica, Innova, Tavera, Qualis, Tempo Traveler and Ambassadors. All our vehicles are well maintained. All cars are fitted with entertainment systems and are air-conditioned. Our drivers are friendly , well mannered and trained to deal with our clients in a professional manner.

Additional charges as applicable in addition to the rates mentioned in the pricelist.
Driver Bata of Rs 150/- per day and Overnight stay charges of Rs 150/- per night.
State border crossing levies, Road toll fees and Parking fees as charged.
Baby seats available on request at an additional charge of Rs 200/- per trip.
Regarding Luggage:
All luggages must fit into the boot, roof racks can be fitted on request.
Additional and oversized baggage will be taken into account.
Prams and strollers are counted as a piece of luggage.
Foldable wheelchairs and adult walkers are counted as luggage.
Provide a comfortable trip to every passenger in the vehicle
Cab booking is exceptionally easy and can be booked overnight if necessary.
Baby seats available on request at an additional charge.
Regarding Passengers:
Children are also considered as passengers.
If there are more than 8 passenger an additional vehicle can be availed of,

Airport / Bus station / Train station - Transfers
When making a reservation for an airport transfer we always take note of your flight schedule so as to enable us monitor the flight it for delays. The driver generally would arrive 15 minutes after landing for international flights and 10 minutes after landing for domestic flights, taking into consideration custom/passport/luggage collection. The driver will await your arrival at the arrivals terminal with a board/placard bearing your name. Waiting is free up to a maximum of 30 minutes. Car parking is included in the fare.
Pickups and drops from the Bus station or Train station can be done on request. The driver generally would arrive 10 minutes ahead for pickups. The driver will await your arrival at the arrival gate or in a pre designated spot. Waiting is free up to a maximum of 30 minutes. Car parking is included in the fare.
SMS will be sent to the customers’ mobile number informing the vehicle details, chauffer’s contact details and the expected time of arrival at the pickup point.

Regarding Pricing
Prices quoted include the following.
Flight monitoring and meet and greet outside the terminal.
Prices quoted do not include the following.
State Taxes levied between interstate borders.
National Highways Toll fees and or Parking Fees
Porter charges which should be paid directly to the service provider.
All state taxes, toll and parking charges would be paid to the driver directly.
Any cancellation or shortening of the trip has to be done 24 hours before the trip takes place. The charge for the first day would be deducted from the refunded amount.
The kilometers and/or hours charged will start from and end at our rental office.
Charges for additional kms will be paid to the driver directly.

Large Group Transfers
Simba Cabs can provide coach transfers for large group of travelers. A company representative will meet your group outside the arrival lounge and escort you outside the terminal where our coach will be waiting to take them to their destination. The maximum seating capacity would be 49 passengers and their luggage in a coach.
We will be pleased to assist you and provide a quotation for any other transportation requirements.
If you are looking at arranging transfers for a small group, we can provide you with an 8-seater people carrier that will easily accommodate 8 passengers with their luggage.
